Who we are
This website is operated by Critical Mission Studio. For anything in this policy — including a request to access or delete your data — contact us at hello@criticalmission.studio.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, organisation, company website, and message you type. We use it to reply to you and to follow up about our products. We do not sell it, and we do not send it to advertising networks.
If — and only if — you accept analytics, we also collect how you use the site: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and a recording of your interactions with the page.
Session replay, stated plainly
Microsoft Clarity records interaction with our pages: mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and navigation, replayed as a session. This is more intrusive than page counting, so we would rather say so directly than bury it.
Clarity is configured to mask text entered into form fields, so what you type into the contact form should not appear in a recording. Masking is a safeguard, not a guarantee — please do not enter sensitive or patient-identifying information into any field on this site.

Nothing in the Analytics category below is set until you accept. If you reject, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookie is written and no recording is made.

Legal basis
For analytics cookies and session replay, our basis is your consent, which you give through the banner and can withdraw at any time.
For handling a contact form submission, our basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send us.
Who processes your data
Google (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity) act as processors for the analytics described above. Both may process data outside the UK and EEA; each operates its own transfer safeguards. Contact form submissions are delivered to a Microsoft 365 mailbox we control.
How long we keep it
Analytics data follows the retention shown in the table above and the defaults of each platform. Contact form correspondence is kept for as long as we have an active conversation or relationship with you, and then removed on request.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EEA you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office. Email hello@criticalmission.studio and we will respond.
Changing your mind
Use the button below to withdraw consent. It clears your stored choice, removes the analytics cookies this site can reach, and reloads the page so the banner appears again. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting, and costs you no functionality.
